I don't often take photos of my food because to be honest, it's not very pretty. But tonight's dinner was so yummo I just couldn't resist.
It's for sure no Frisco or Novascotiadawn, but delicious none the less

Baked salmon with roasted asparagus, and please excuse the pajama bottom backdrop

Thanks, Candy! Two of my faves as well, although I don't make it as often post VSG because hubs is allergic to fish so no sharing
P.S. I saw your post over on the BMI over 50 forum, you look absolutely beautiful!!

Yeah, I'm not sure what I would do if I was allergic to fish. I make fun of hubs allll the time because he's from the Philippines, but he's allergic to fish and can't swim!

Hey...... I totally encourage posting photos of your meals !!

I think it's a great way to stay conscious of food and portions. And really, it's like "Advanced Journaling"

It truly takes establishing a new non-abusive lifelong relationship with food to make this work!!!

Going through weight loss is the time to establish new fundamentals that you carry through into maintenance !

Nice !
