Let the shedding begin

4 months and 1 day - but I'm ok with it. The hair will grow back and short term hair loss is a small price to pay for the weight loss and improved health.

Have I mentioned that we're off to a paddle boarding lesson? (I'd never have even thought of doing something like this when I was heavier) And - tomorrow we're renting segways to go up Diamond Head. Life is better thinner - even with less hair.

It's been happening to me, too!!!  Trying to ignore it ...this too shall pass!  Sounds like you're having a fabulous time!!!

We are! If I could figure out how to post pics I would. I was so excited to find that at least in Hawaii I'm now one of the "all" that one size fits. I bought a long dress and a sarong and may well buy another of each, just because I can.

I've wanted to try a Segway ever since I first saw them on tv a few year's back. I was so thrilled when Barry agreed to that instead of the Polynesian Cultural Centre. I'd much rather do than jus****ch. I've spent too much of my life watching.

So Cool!!!!  Buy away...remember though they will be too big before long!!!  I dropped another size...and it's just mind boggling!!!  I love the one size fits all.  You Go, Girl!!!!  So proud for you!!!

Sounds like a blast! Getting super-cold here in Minneapolis, 20s (F!) tonight.  I bought a cool roller system for my bike so I can keep training indoors - did a two hour "ride" this morning... never thought I'd be able to do that!

Sounds like such a great trip you're having.  Sorry to hear about the hair loss, for lots of reasons.  I'm just under 4 months and was hoping maybe I slipped past it.  Sounds like maybe not.  Oh well, time will tell.   haha
