I cheated!

Okay I was sooo hungry earlier that I bought a boudin link.. I jst picked some of the inside out and ate it... Now my stomach is barking and grumbling and rumbling!! Well a lesson learned.. Back on track 2mrw..

just a question, what is a boudin link?  Sometimes you can tell what something is by the way it is described..... I still have no idea?  LOL just asking.

 

 

Its a sauage link with seafood and rice stuffed inside..

Rice and seafood saussage at one werk out? Not going to bash you for it but just going to say be very careful. Did you really have 85% of your stomach cut out for that? I hope you feel OK and just push through head hunger with fluids and activities. I know its easy to say and I really feel for you because I haven't felt hunger since surgery. Next time you are inclined to cheat, do it with something less likely to hurt your new tummy, like greek yogurt. Wishing you courage for the journey!
