Every now and then I like a little bit of something spicy as a treat. These were really good with a dip of salsa sauce. Not the greatest picture but had to share.

A recipe would be even better.

a chunk of cheese, spread out
finely chopped tomatoes, onions and jalapeno peppers
microwave for about 2 mins (less time if a heavy duty microwave)
let them cool then put salsa sauce of your choice on them

Your link didn't work for me, I got an error page.

Might be just as well.  If they look as awesome as they sound I might just eat my monitor.

Nutshell:

Lost 140 lbs with VSG. (Hooray!!)

got pregnant  (yeaaaa!)

got cancer (boooo!)

regained 40 lbs.   (grrrr!)

In summary: Alive & Grateful.

Just a healthy treat if you liked nachos before. Just add fresh veggies and stuff to the cheese before you melt it.
