Fit bit users

I know a few had done like me and washed theirs and I have good news.  I had been able to track steps and distance by syncing but had no display, wy to track activity or sleep and it wouldn't track stairs.  I contacted fitbit today and they told me to put it on the charger and do a reset (push gold button on bottom)  and everything started working right again.  So just in case you washed and dried yours and thought all was lost, give it a shot.  It had been a couple of months for me and it's working now.
