16 months out, my reward!

You guys know about my struggles, but I do have SO much to celebrate here at 16 months out. I have lost over 160 lbs, I am physically fit (just got results from a weekend race and came in FIRST PLACE for my age group!), I have amazing friends who love me (even being the hot mess I am), and I have HUGE plans for the future that I have no doubt I will accomplish!

So my big reward? I got my ears pierced! Can't wait until I can wear super cute earrings with every outfit (yeah, I am totally going to to be THAT girl LOL).

Oh, when I hit goal I went ALL OUT (so much so the hubs took my credit card away for a bit LOL). This was just a little back pat for sticking with the program enlightened

Fun, jewelry.

So glad you get to wear all the girly, pretty things.  So much fun!

That is my new found fun thing too.  I haven't been able to wear earrings for years.  But last week I decided to try buying stainless steel ones, the kind they do when you get your ears pierced.  All is going well.  My ears do not mind the stainless steel.  What joy fills my heart!  I can wear jewelry again.

Enjoy!
