Anyone have nutrition info on the ricotta bake?

Wanted to track on MFP, not finding it.

Here is one of my versions.......There are many ways to make it.

You can type it into your recipe builder with your amounts and ingredients to get the nutritional info. Good luck. 

You can go to recipes in MFP and add them.  I made Eggface's Italian Egg Bites and changed it just a little because I didn't have everything I needed and they turned out great!  I entered what I used and it calcualted it all for me.
