Well had my surgery on Thursday and everything went pretty well. Worst thing was the nausea Thursday and Friday. Got home about 4 hrs ago. Trying to walk and drink.

Had my surgery Wednesday. I also had issues with nausea. I kind of felt like they tried to force my pills on me too soon, as that's what triggered my nausea most frequently. I did great yesterday, but today I am feeling weak and woozy. I guess the post-op process is kind of a roller coaster. Trying to get in as much protein and water as I can. It really is a chore!

How are you trying to get your protein in? I'm drinking Isopure.

Congrats on the surgery. I had my surgery on Tuesday. I can definitely say the walking has helped me tremendously.  I've also discovered I can get the warm drinks down easier.

The cold isn't too bad. I have really enjoyed the SF Popsicles. I guess I will do all I can to get protein in this early. Hard to drink much which is hard to understand.
