What besides plain water & crystal lite counts as water? Does decaf tea & coffee count?
Thanks!

Basically anything fluid. If it has the consistency of a beverage it's counted towards the 64 oz daily fluid requirement.

Yes. I counted it towards mine. Sugar free jello, sugar free popsicles, even protein drinks!

If it is liquid at room temperature it counts as fluid intake.

Coffee is best added slowly, since it's acidic and bothers some people, but caffeine as a diuretic has been disproved. Happily it's jus****er. Tasty, tasty water.

Caffeine does not dehydrate you. This is a myth.

Caffeine does have a mild diuretic effect. This means it makes you pee. However, in many studies, caffeine did not make people pee a greater volume of fluid than those who did not ingest caffeine. IOW, you pee more often but not more output. Also, this effect wears off very quickly with regular use.
