I am ready - surgery March 5th

 

Hello all – this is my first post, but I have been an active reader of this forum for sometime as I progressed through the steps to approval for surgery.  My surgery date is March 5^th and I am really ready for this, especially since I have had 10 months to prepare.   The wait at times was more than annoying, but it really was a blessing as I look back because it forced me to take a look at all the options, second guess myself if this was the right thing to do (I did that many times) and consider all the potential ramifications surgery will have going forward.  So anyone who is getting frustrated with the delay – just keep learning what this journey entails so by the time surgery comes around you will know it is the right decision.
