Don't think I am eating enough.

I had my surgery in Mexico and I am still on the liquid diet, onto cream soups.

I wake up at 500am for work at 6 am.

I have a green tea at the start of my work shift.

On my 15 min break at 8am, I get a protein shake and drink that over an hour.

On my lunch break at 10am, I have soup. Only thing I can tolerate is Campbells soup at hand cream soups.

On my last 15 min break at 12noon, I just get ice water as I am not hungry.

At end of day at 230pm, I am hungry, but I usually grab a gatorade, but want to snack. Sometimes I grab a sf popsicle.

I then wait till the family is eating dinner and have another soup. If I get hungry later, I have a popsicle.

I can't eat yogurt so that is out.

I am on this diet until March 11th, then I progess onto soft foods.

What should I change?

Proton Pump Inhibitor- It is an acid reducer like prevacid. It helps reduce the acid in your stomach which can mimic hunger when you aren't actually hungry.

We are one PPI two X a day one am and one pm for the first year.

You really need to get in protein or you will start using your bodies muscle.  Like your heart.  Protein is that important.    If you are only doing soup you need to add unflavored protein, like unjury to them.

Yep!  You need >70g protein a day.  The premier protein from Costco and San's club have 30g in 11 oz.  Two of those a day is a big bost.

They are RTD and are as good as it gets.  I also like the Syntrax Nectar that I bought online for taste.  But, the Premier are the best I have found in the store.  I even mix them with my Decaf, makes them thinner and easier to get down.
