It's just a silly little stall BUT...
Now I know that I am not failing at this, it is JUST a silly little stall! I'm just ranting over it. lol I know that I will succeed at this because unlike the hundreds of other times I've tried, my heart, mind and overall body is completely into it. I will not fail because I have made a lifestyle change. I didn't just go on a diet, I have changed the way I think and feel about food. I will not fail. I cannot fail. I will NOT allow it!
Any way....Thanks for listening and letting me rant on!

You'll get used to the stalls the first one is the hardest. It will pass and you will come back telling us how we were right! All you can do now is stick to your plan and keep going. You can control that...not the scale. Hang in there.
The weight loss will come in stages. Think of it as downward stairs. Down a step, pause, down another step...etc. Every time your body stalls, it is repositioning your inches and then the weight loss will start again. Do not fret. It is a time to exam your faithfulness to the plan and if you are doing what you are supposed to do, don't worry the weight will come off. It has to, just a law of nature.
Keep your chin up.
800 calories and less than 20 net carbs is the shizzle
Love your post.....law of nature....I have to remind myself of that. And, the inches are wonderful. I guess I am selfish, I want the inches and the pounds.

We all have them, like you said, it helps to know they are coming, but yeah they still suck. I weigh myself every morning, and I track it, however I only really stress on a Friday, if it's not lower than the previous Friday. it helps me to have that mind set, that.. ok, I may be up on Monday, even Tuesday, but by Friday, I'm down usually from previous Friday. Hang in there, and just keep doing the right things!
I am right there with you, girlfriend.....I have been stalled for 9 days. It seems crazy to be stalled for that long, so early out....but I am trying to hold on. Honestly, I am starting to doubt myself too. I know that I am doing everything right calorie-wise and exercise-wise. I am still busting my buns to up my water and protein numbers....and, still nothing.
Thank you for reminding me that "I will not fail".......I made a lifestyle change....for good! You are right.
