Major Stall

This April I will be 2yrs out and with in the last 4 months my weight has gone no where. I'm not too sure I'm with in the recommend calorie range for someone who as far out as I any suggestions?

I am by far not as experienced as some others and only 5 months out but from what I read on here, I suspect that you are not in a stall at all but rather you have found your maintenance level. But yeah, what the previous poster said would help also - what you are eating, activity level, goal weight and current weight.

Hey Rob, I am another Atlantaa VSG patient.  Please post your current numbers of what you are eating, carbs, etc. and I think this Board can help you.

Weight:351lbs Goal: 250lbs
Breakast: protein shake, grande skinny peppermint moca latte
Lunch: protein shake or half a 6' sub from subway or tuna w/ crackers or a cup of soup from the cafe
Dinner: fish, or spaghetti squash w/ ground turkey, or a hamburger pattie with onions cheese peppers or sometimes just a shake

Snacks: nuts or a shake

As far as drinks I really only drink water or coffe or my skinny latte from Starbucks. I did change my drink because it turned out it had more calories than I thought. It soy latte it has 220 a d I was going twice a day....Maintenance mode?
