Do you mean  a pre-op liquid fast?  Every doctor has a different plan.  You need to talk to your surgeon or nutritionist/registered dietician.

Your surgeons office should have given you a very detailed plan of what you can and cannot have during the preop stage and also for post op. If you're not sure then please contact your surgeons office. If its too late to contact them I would stay on liquid only if all they told you was "liquid diet".
