I used a regular size towel, not a "bath sheet" .
I can sit with my legs crossed comfortably.
I am wearing clothes I haven't worn in years or have been hanging in my closet and never worn.
I wore an outfit to work today without a blazer or cardigan/sweater covering up my upper body - I work at a bank and wear a suit jacket/blazer or cardigan/sweater literally ever day.
All in all it's been a great week!
I'm on week 9 and haven't stalled yet (knock on wood) and am averaging just under 3 pounds per week.
