Stalls and such

I know everyone and their momma has posted about stalls, but I had a question for those that are further out...

I lost about 22 lbs the first month
I lost about 10 lbs the second month (with a couple stalls)

Does this mean that 10lbs a month is prob the max I can lose now? Has anyone else's weight loss picked back up after a slower month? I'm eating totally on track, working out etc

Just wondering what your experiences have been

Thanks!!!!

I have read about all I can on stalls and wish I could help you out. I am not too far out. I struggle badly with stalls every time I turn around. I get so much protein I can't go to the bathroom and metamucil makes me gag. I have only lost 22 pounds since surgery. Idk if my thyroid has anything to do with it or what. I need to get it checked out. I look forward to reading what others have to say about the topic. but you have done fantastic 32 pounds...Good job!! I am sure the weight loss depends on your own body and how much exercise you are getting and such.

I'm feeling the same way, Its like I have been at this stall for a month  now..My clothes are saying differently but the scale is saying 0.:(. I am working out, eating calories 600-800 protein up and so is the water. I am 30 pounds down but would love see some more results. I'm so ready to rock this sleeve like everyone else. BUT i DO FEEL GREAT!sURGERY 3/19/13.

I think it just really depends.  I think I lost 10 pounds my 2nd month & 12 pounds in month 3 but usually the further out you get, the weight loss slows a little BUT it can happen.  Just keep working that sleeve the best way you can to get most of the weight off in the first 6-12 months.  You will be so glad you did.

Congrats on your success so far!!!

Everyone loses differently, but every loss adds up.  The loss slows down for everyone, but you could certainly lose more than 10lbs in your third month.  Make sure you're taking measurements

You didn't mention exercise...maybe your already doing that?? You could shake it up with some walking or something you enjoy.

This to shall pass. :-)
