Fluttering sleeve and the caloric measurement of tuna...
I'm guessing that this is part of the healing process, maybe nerve endings starting to come back ( I'm 4 weeks on Wednesday)
I also can drink fairly rapidly now and I'm hoping this is also the case that I'm much less swollen so my capacity is becoming what it will be.
On to the tuna... So I made tuna this week for myself..went down fine..
But how on earth do I figure how much calories are in 2 tbs??
Should I not even worry about it at this stage??
Also made the ricotta bake last nite for din...YUMMY!!
I'm in my 3 week stall and hopefully it'll break this week!

Personally I wouldn't worry about calories at this stage. I don't think you can get in anymore than 500-600 a day right now if you tried. At a year out and on maintenance I was really pushing it to get in more than 1,000 calories a day. I haven't looked lately but guess that I am eating 1200-1500/day now and still maintaining. As long as you focus on protein and liquids these first six months you shouldn't have to worry about calories or fat IMO.
