Took my third test last week for hpylori .... Got the results today and they were negative. I meet with my surgeon on Thursday to fill out all the paperwork and hopefully get a date, I'm on my way to the losers bench. Thank you all for your support!
that's great news! if you don't mind my asking how do they test for it? i know the endoscopy but how do they test after you've done that to see if the antibiotics helped?

I was treated for it twice. The antibiotics will kill you. I had a breath test twice which came back positive. An infectious disease dr had me go for a stool antigen test and hooray it came back negative.
