my very first NSV and I didn't even know it.
Went to stock up at GNC the other day. Picked up some of the clear isopure protein drinks. Was chatting up the saleslady and I was explaining I was on clear liquids. I eventually told her about my surgery and she asked how much I had lost. She cheered for me - as in hands raised, stomp your feet cheering - when I told her how much I was down - at that point, only 17 lbs or so..
So sweet.

A Non Scale Victory. It could be anything from someone telling you that you look great, being able to cross your legs, fitting into smaller size clothes.
Surgery date - 04/03/13; Goal date - 11/10/13 (I reached goal in 31 weeks & 4 days)
