According to my doctor I have lost 44% of my excess weight.
He said most lose only 20% at 3 months.
I know some here have lost more at 3 months but please dont pop my bubble.
I also thought my weight surgery day was 244. It was actually 248.
Hmmm, I dont remember weighing that day before surgery. How do they know?
I even double checked to be sure it was surgery day.
So-
Starting weight- 262
Surgery day- 248
Today 209
53 lbs gone!

53 pounds girl...that's fantastic!!! You will reach your goal before you know it. I had my surgery March 11 and I am only down 37 pounds...I am an extremely slow loser because of my thyroid/metabolism. Keep up the outstanding work!! Rock that sleeve girl.
