Heart beating out my chest!!
OK...last nite I went to bed, got in a comfy position and just as I'm drifting off..
My heart feels like its beating out my chest...I get up and go to the bathroom
Cause I have to go pee and I did ALOT!
Go back to bed lay on my the opposite side and still feels like its beating fast,
Trying to calm myself at this point, and not send myself into a panic attack on top of it, when 5 min. Later I have to pee badly again...
Go back to bed and it subsides....this all lasted about 10-15 min tops....
Weird!
The only thing I did differently last nite was I had about 16 oz of crystal lite late last nite...I've never had more than a couple sips of it before....
On the upside all that peeing broke the little mini stall I was in...
