Just had an awesome lunch at Subway. Using the 6" egg white as the outside of my sandwich I had them add cheese, bacon bell pepper and onion. It was then heated and rolled up. Delicious without any guilt.

Yep these have been great go-to breakfasts when I leave the house in a hurry and they're yummy too. :)

Sounds good!  Are they able to make this without the bread or do you have to order the sandwich and just toss the bread?

I ordered mine without the bread and they folded it like a taco for me after it was heated.

I never thought of that.  What a great idea.  I have actually done something like that at home but it never occurred to me to have Subway do it.
