Is it ok to use a tbsp or two of reduced fat mayo with tuna or chicken salad, as long as you stay within your calorie ranges for the day?

I use a small amount - less than a tbsp - of regular organic mayo, along with some dijon mustard, in my chicken/tuna salad (the mayo is spread out among several servings). Not that that gives you permission because I do it, but I don't feel that 30 calories of mayo will hurt me if I'm within my range.

In addition to using a bit of mayo in my chicken or tuna salad, I add a bit of plain Greek yogurt and shredded cheese. This is one of my meal staples.

I was told it was ok by my surgeon. Im going to try it with greek yogurt though at some point. I just started soft foods, so havent wanted tuna or chicken salad just yet :)
