Approved...
Got the call today from ,my insurance...I've been approved for Surgery. (Took 5 business days) One more thing to check off my list of "to do's".
Next step, appointment with surgeon and then surgery can be scheduled.
Unfortunately, due to my schedule, the appointment with the surgeon will have to wait to September. :(

I had my insurance send me a copy of what they send to the Surgeon's office in regards to the specific requirements. I've learned to not just take the word of someone over the phone or read the website because sometimes it isn't always "up to date" information they are giving. That way, I knew what would really be expected and I could make sure that I was available to get those specifics done (as in all the tests/evaluations). I squeezed all my testing in within a 6 week time frame (because of my schedule).
