Hi guys! What stage would a watermelon slice be in? Soft? Purée? Or Full? Please help

I would say full, as if it kind of hard to break completely down. I also must say did not do fruits until goal due to calorie concerns but if its on your plan go for it once your at full diet.

I'm 3 months out from surgery and tried watermelon last week while on vacation. I didn't have a positive experience. Immediate acid reflux and a mad dash to the restroom as everything came back up 30 minutes later. It was weird. However, I've read that others ea****ermelon as soon as they are on solids....no problem. I think it will depend on your tummy.

UGH Watermelon. I loooove it. I am 7.5 months post and tried it about a month ago, and my tummy did not like it. It kept repeating on me for a few hours. I would burp watermelon, and I felt that full feeling. I only had 2 freakin cubes of it! Each piece was a 2 bite piece. Not big and not a lot.

Good idea! It may not be this way for everyone. This is just 1 thing my belly didnt like.
