I went to my PCP today to check my BP Meds,... I have lost 24 lbs since I was here last! (That includes my preop weight loss, but still)! I think I will be taken off them today 😄
I am so early out 11- days, I was getting down on myself because I couldn't tell any difference. I don't own a scale at home! But to see the number dropping for real... wow!
I think I now can do another 3 days if this full liquid diet!

great going im 1 week and am off most of my diabetes meds just 1 pill now but im only eating full liquids so who knows if that will change , my bp meds are the same but that is not from high bp but to protect my kidneys

I lost 17 lb since I seen my pcp on Friday and I revisited him today wow

but im getting tired full liquids
