Diarrhea

Is diarrhea common a couple days post op? I don't wanna leave to house I've gone twice this morning already

For me, yes...liquids in, liquids out!  Totally normal.

Yes.  After several days the pendulum swings the other way, and you start searching for constipation remedies.  :)

Ride it out, take Imodium or switch to unflavoured whey mixed into something without artificial sweeteners. It's more than likely the Splenda and sugar alcohols in the shakes etc you're drinking.

do not let it go too long though. I had it for 3 days about 2 weeks post and ended up back at my clinic getting IV fluids! things did go the other way and that's just fun too;)

I had it for a few days earlier this week , it is all the juice, and pudding with sf sweeteners in it

imodium helps , make shore you get your liquids in

try switching back to water
