Could it be dehydration?

I'm sleeved almost a year and haven't gotten any blood work done by my surgeon yet. I get light headed, feel dizzy, sometimes feel like I'm in a daze. Could I be dehydrated. I know I don't drink far enough water but I do drink other things like iced tea and protein shakes. Does anyone else feel this way and what did you do about it??

is your skin dry, your lips chapped?  Those are more serious signs of dehydration.  I would look up signs of dehydration and see if they fit and call your surgeon.  I know that when I am dehydrated I will sometimes feel a bit light headed and dizzy.

Did you have high blood pressure before? Or did your blood pressure just drop after losing more weight?
