So I got sleeved yesterday....a little rougher than I thought....found out I had a hiatal hernia we had no idea about....just drank my 1st shake..I have heard so many people say they were not hungry. ..well I am like stomach growling & everything...I have found that being very up walking feels so good...I will check in later! Nap time....
