surgery
These feelings are all normal, healthy reactions. I can tell you that the results are worth the short-term discomfort. When the weight starts falling, and the drive to eat is diminished, you will be so happy you did it. So hang in there. It is so worth it.

I had my sleeve this past tues & yes I wanted to cancel...I was terrified of everything...dying,pain,being in the hospital 2 days, failure...etc etc etc... I even told my sister I just wanted to be fat the rest of my life but here I am 4 days later I survived & am better for it. Yes there was pain but not unbearable they have great pain meds. Walking was my friend remember that and getting the meds as often as you need them. You will look back this time next week and breath a sigh of relief.....good luck!
i went to the bathroom just before they knocked me out and took so long my hubby though I snuck out the back door
I freaked out when the showed me the form saying they can do it open if they need to , but my hubby talked me down ,telling me that was only for emergencies,
if your not scared you have bigger problems than being fat
this is major surgery, this will change your whole life
this is very safe surgery if you have a good surgeon , most people have very little pain, leaks are very rare
you will do fine

Yes, in fact I told the Anesthesiologist the morning of my surgery that I wasn't sure if this was what I wanted to do. He talked me off of the ledge but gave me the option of stopping if I wanted to. He was kind and funny and told me once I relaxed that he had a ****tail just for me that would help me calm down lol it worked wonders.
