fuzzy navel
What did you think about it?
I was just curious. I would like to try a new flavor, I have been drinking unjury chocolate splendor since I started 3 months ago. I'm nervous about trying something different, and would value some advice and input on different flavors.
thank you as always any input is welcome

I didn't really like it. It definitely didn't taste like a fuzzy navel to me. Was overly sweet I think.
I think it is Delicious! You put you some ice and 8 oz. of water in a glass and a spoonful of it and stir it...don't shake because it gets very 'airy'. At first I was like 'it's ok'...now...a week later...I look forward to it and recommend it. Do you have any local bariatric support groups? If so, you might could go and see if anyone drinks it there and wouldn't mind giving you some to try it out. It's 100 calories and 23 protein grams for a scoop and it has no sugars or fats so...it's really worth trying especially if you are tired of milk based protein drinks.
It's the only protein shake I drink. But everyone has different tastes...a previous poster mentioned her favorite was Caribbean Cooler but I think that flavor is the vilest stuff. I know Vitamin Shoppe sells sample packets of the Nectar flavors...check that out before you buy a big tub. They also sell the samples online too if you don't have a Vitamin Shoppe.
