I am working on getting more protein into my diet. I still have one 30-35 g shake in the morning. Outside of a shake, what is the best source protein and your go to power protein meal?

Hi

It is not very exciting but I find that the single serving packets of tuna are very helpful: portable, inexpensive, almost all the  calories are from protein.

all the best, Katy

I love Jay Robbs powder - made with Stevia and not artificial crap.
