I found my hip bone....

I was laying down the other day and happened to notice something sticking up and I thought...hmmm...what's that.

Holy cow - it's my hip bone.  30 lbs down and I found something that has been covered for years.  I was so excited, I yelled for my boyfriend to come running so he could see I actually owned one!

Seriously, 30 lbs down and my joints hurt less.  I haven't had to use tylenol or ibuprophen once for back, knee, or ankle pain.  I'm hoping this continues.  If so, my life has reached a new high -- could it be that the chronic pain is gone?

Can't wait to see what the weeks to come bring.

lol...  Yeah when you start to see your collar bone also you will freak out. lol.... I know I did when I saw mine....  I was standing in the mirror putting on make up and said... What the hell is that? I had clavical action!!!!

I remember finding my xiphoid process. Freaked me out.

So funny because lately when my husband and I well you know it's almost uncomfortable because he's always been naturally 130 pounds boney skinny and now that my hips are starting to poke out well you know what isn't that comfortable. Although being boney is not a bad complaint. I'd much rather be that than too fat to get close. Lol!

The wonders of weight loss.  Maybe try pillows???  LOL.
