This is the best thing I've ever done for myself. I love my body and who I am now. I'm so much more confident and I'm glad I made the change in my 20's. Good luck!

I'm 29 now but i had vsg 2 years ago when i was 27 and it saved my life. Not just the weight loss but no more type 2 diabetes pills and insulin shots, no more high blood pressure meds. This surgery literally gave me a2nd chance to start my life over and id say don't worry about age being an issue because the only one who knows if this is right for you is you. Personally, looking back, and not to sound dramatic or anything but it's like the person i used to be died in that OR and i was given a new life, a fresh start. I can't even begin to explain every single area of my life that has changed for the better. If you have any questions or anything feel free to pm me if you want. Thank you everyone. I am 5ft .4.5 inchs and my BMi is 47.5. Im actually in really good health and have good eating habbits Im just a big girl. Thanks so much !
