Pre-op liquid diet is soo hard!

I am on day 6 of my 14 day pre-op liquid diet.  I it is killing me. I have a non stop headache, tired, and grouchy!  This is why I have never done such extreme dieting in the past 20 years.

I am trying to keep my eye on the prize but needed to whine a bit!

 

 

Your almost half way there. Keep up the good work so far. You have come this far dont give up.

The diet will be worth everything shortly. After surgery, you will feel great!

The pre-op liquid diet is the hardest part, and you are half way there.  You can do it.  Just one day at a time.  You are going to be so happy when the weight starts dropping.  Keep your eye on the prize!

It is absolutely the hardest part of the process so far. Keep it up! It is so worth it, I promise you.

 

I'll be right there with you for the next few days, reverting to liquids only to help clear out my gastroparesis fiber build up issue. 

It will get better . The headache is from not having cold turkey caffeine I thought that alone was going to kill me . It gets easier and keep eye on prize it will be worth it.

my surgeon allowed a half a fruit if you got a bad headache ,call yours and see if you can add something , you can also take Tylenol

Thanks everyone for the support!  It feels better just being on this board with people who understand what this is like!  I know it will be worth it in the end.   

I hear ya! You can do it!! Everyone was scared of me during my pre op liquid diet phase. Boy was I meannnnnnn.
