A few NSV's
Although today I did not make the best food choices, I'm moving on from it and acknowledging the positive things so that I don't get caught in an emotional whirlwind and beat myself up like I normally would and then ultimately make even worse decisions. I have to go back to work next week and I tried on my scrubs and my fiancée looked at me like and said "of course you can still wear them but they are way too big," me being the 'I need to see for myself because I feel just as fat as when I had the surgery' kind of girl. I went and looked at myself and I could totally tell. I'm happy about that! I finally see some sort of result and I'm so very glad because I feel like I'm that girl that's always going to be the big girl. Hopefully not! ALSO wHen I put my Nike free tennis shoes on today they felt a bit more roomy than usual! I hope that continues also! Prayers welcomed lol
Whoo Hoo !! congrats! You are lucky to have baggy clothes in a month....it took me about 3 months (even with a very respectable weight loss) to have baggy clothes! and yep, my shoes got too big too! keep up the great work!
