left is me July fourth and right is me the weekend before Halloween 2013. Starting weight 277.6 and weighed in this morning at 246.4. I would NEVER post these (normally) but I know how I liked seeing other people's progress so here it is lol

Wow, what an amazing difference already. Can you just imagine in a year from now? Keep posting the pics they are definitely motivating to me. I'm hoping to have surgery by March. You look great
