6 months post.....

I'm 6 months out.  I had my follow-up and have not noticed a difference in the fitting of my clothes, so I thought I was going to be disappointed,  but found that I have lost a bit over 1 lb a week this last month......yippee!  I'm thrilled!  I can't believe the difference in my looks and ease of activities and..........well everything is so different.  Don't have a single bit of regret.

It wasn't easy the first few months, ,but now I really believe it was the best decision I've ever made.
