how do you get to your personal account?

on the top right it will say your screen name and there will be a pull down menu click profile  or settings

Me either.  I would just have to click on my user name on a page where I commented on something.  Sucks

I think it depends on what browser you use and whether you are accessing a phone. A lot of features don't work on my phone. And nothing works in Internet Explorer. I had to download Firefox to access the site from work.
