foramies for the first time

So I UNFORTUNATELY experienced foamies for the first time ever. It was SOO awful I make myself puke. I tried to eat a chicken hot dog.. NOT a good idea. it didnt sit well and as soon as I ate it I said "My tummy did not like that" and thats when they started. :( I feel a bit better now just feel sick! well its live and learn right. cross that one off my list

It happens. The good thing is it will be easier to feel it coming on before you take that dreaded one bite too many. Glad you are feeling better!

It happened to me when I ate too fast. Only had it maybe 5 times in 18 months. There the worst. Haven't had any foods yet that caused them. Each sleeve is different. Hope you are feeling better

Ernmmm....what are foamies?

I thought I'd done my research, read lots about the post-op challenges and I just got my surgery date yesterday (woo hoo) and NOW I'm hearing about "foamies" for the first time....LOL

I assume it's from eating too much or the wrong food, but would someone fill my in please?

BTW, glad to hear you're feeling a bit better.
