Have any of you used the bariatric advantage vitamins during your chewable period?  Which flavors did you like best?  (I got a sample pack and they're... interesting.)

After the chewable period, which vitamins have you liked best?

I used the vanilla ones.  They weren't bad.

I like the caramel calcium chews.  I take the  500 3 times a day and consider it a treat. I use the Unjury Multi-Vitamin because I only have to take one a day because  of the dosage. These two combine give me all of the vitamin D, and  Calcium Citrate my doctor suggests daily

good luck

I can't remember exactly the flavor but I think it's a berry of some sort.  I bought 2 big bottles and have been using the same ones since my surgery (over 4 months).  At first they were delicious!  Then, I got sick of them and too tart.  Now, they are ok.  My levels are on point (I also take B-12, B-1, and Calcium with Vit D).  So, they do work effectively if you take one a day.
