Yesterday marked my 11 month anniversary from my sleeve procedure. So much has changed in this short time. I've gone from being 288 to 152. From being quiet and a home body to a social butterfly & I'm always busy doing something. Working out has become a favorite pastime, who would have guessed that would happen!
