I just wanted to say thank you to everyone!!! I was sleeved 9/3/13 & reached my 1st goal of under 200lb by 1/1/14. I was 199.2 on 12/31/13.

This forum has been such an amazing support system. I don't post often, but I do read daily.

I know that a big reason for my success is because of all of the knowledge & personal stories that everyone is willing to share.

Congrats on getting to Onederland!!
