I made ham and cheese cups today using a recipe my NUT gave me and they were really good (even the 5 yo liked it)!

Super easy

1/4 cup of diced ham

3 eggs

1/4 cup grated swiss

2tbsps of green onion

1/4 tsunami black peper

350 until firm and browned about 24mins in my ovoven line

line muffin pan with muffin foils and spray with Pam... Pour equal amounts.

pi made a picture but can't figure out how to upload. Also using my iPad the screen blacks out on this website, so I can't see what I am typing (forgive me, I just hope it is correct)

I figured the national value using myfitnesspal 75 calories, 0 carbs, 5 fat, 6 protein for one cup (about 1 oz per my food scales). Vets- would you consider this "healthy"...

Sounds delish!  You could also add some spinach, kale, arugula, or other veggie to sneak in some fiber!

It was really good (might be because I am finally on a stage that I can have it:)!

It sounds delicious.  But I am so hungry, and I don't get another meal for over an hour! I wonder if its the cold weather making me hungry!  I'll have to go find a diversion!

I'm going to try it later this week! Thanks for posting it.

blessings,

Carol
