Stomach Bug

My 5yo just started vomiting... What do I do if I catch it. He came to my room and told me he didn't feel good. I thought it was back to school blues and then threw up all in my bed. Ewwww! This is freaking me out!

You're so early out, I'm not sure how it will effect your tummy.  But I just got over it - the vomiting and diarreha kind.   SUCKED HARD!   I worked hard to keep as much fluid in as I could and treated it just like I would have treated any other tummy flu.  Broth, fluids, etc.
