LONG time no see!

LOL.

I am 4 weeks post VSG and realized today that all of my back fat rolls are gone, and my waist has kindly decided to make an appearance.

YAY!

How awesome! Congrats on the NSV. I was surprised at how quickly my back rolls seemed to shrink down. Definitely a welcome surprise!

Lucky - I still have back fat rolls at goal weight.  My hubby says it's probably just extra skin but I don't think so.  Keep on truckin'
