Tylenol with codeine

I had a root canal and they gave me Tylenol with codeine I took one and now I have a feeling in my stomach that feels like heart burn but way worse has this happen to anyone before?

They sent me home with that from the hospital. I had the liquid version and had no problems. How far out from the surgery are you?

I was also sent home with tylenol w/codeine (loratab). Did you take your PPI?

I did take my PPI.i feel a little better now I just haven't felt like that before

What you're describing is extremely common after taking Tylenol w/Codeine.  I would recommend that when you take it, lie down for a bit. If you try to stay up and walk around, you will probably feel dizzy and a bit sick. Go lie down with an ice pack or cold cloth on your head and you'll feel better, I'm sure.

Thank you I don't think I will be taking it anymore. I will stick to regular Tylenol

Good idea. At 8 weeks post-op you probably don't really need the big guns anymore. Try Arthritis-strength Tylenol. It lasts about 6 hours and won't upset your stomach.
