3 weeks out and ticking along...
Orange burst is best, cherry tart is ok, berries and cream are pretty blah. They also have the chocolate and the caramel chews, but they are a lot pricier.

I don't have a BP machine, but I'm going to go back to my doc and make her do that test in the office. Since the "regular" BP test is fine and all. I'm 99% sure that is exactly what it is. It sure helps to "pump" my legs before I stand up, so I've been doing that. And yup, I figured I better push more fluids and salt. Which is hard because my house is full of LOW sodium products. And yup, I'm still on my BP meds.
Welp, I may just spend a little more money on vitamins (although now I literally have a cabinet full) because the Citracals are like punishment twice a day. I'll grab some of the chewable calcium citrates. Even when I smash the Citracals, then I have to eat the chalky residue. I usually pu**** with a little D3 and Mg, since I'm already eating chalk anyway. The others come in these capsules that I cut open. Messy process, the end of which makes my kitchen counter look like I'm some kind of desperate coke fiend.
It's human nature. If it's yucky and difficult, we won't do it. We certainly won't do it long term. But if it tastes and feels like a snack we have a better chance.
Lots of people complain about the cost of supplements. But with the money we save on not eating all the food we used to, it's really a huge bargain, isn't it?
