Happy Sunday,

Stayed up way too late last night, so slept late, now everything just feels like I'm running behind :/ Stayed on plan and avoided the food and drinks last night...just sipped on my flavored water. Not much planned for today, maybe a walk with the dogs if the rain stays away.

I think I'm doing okay. I got another 16oz protein shake in for 48 grams of protein. I drank about two cups of strained French onion soup and I've had two Popsicles. I'm working my way through a 32 oz Nalgene as well.

Sounds like you're doing great, I had problems getting in enough liquids and protein for the first few weeks....I still have to work on getting in enough water ;)
