7 Month Milestone.... Century Club

What a difference 7 months can make! Very happy to be down 100 LBS after 7 months and a few weeks. This is easily the lightest I have been in over 20 years.

Looking forward to my next goals.... BMI in the 20's.... getting in the 100's... and ultimately hitting my goal weight!

The road hasn't been easy or perfect, but has been worth it! Thanks to everyone for the great advice and support that this forum has provided!
